Shopping on La Cienega: Kristen Buckingham

The Entry door was my favorite inside and out.

Loved the pocket doors in black also- just a nice little surprise.

On my last visit to La Cienega I had the pleasure of visiting  the Kristen Buckingham showroom.  It was full of eye candy!  The exterior paint was my favorite and reminded me of being in Paris where each shop seems to have it's very own style.

Inside was like a treasure chest of mixed styles and colors!

Sunday at the Rose Bowl Flea Market..

Sunday mornings I am always a little torn between sleeping in or running off to visit the flea markets before my family even opens their little eyes.  This past Sunday was no different.  I headed out early to Pasadena and the Rose Bowl.

irons and duck always has great pieces made from vintage parts and vintage clothing- I am so looking forward to visiting their warehouse!

African crowns and beads my new favorites.   I found myself wondering where oh where could I put these, I wanted them so badly!

Cleveland Art is one of my favorites for vintage industrial and reimagined pieces.  Love the glass pieces- I used one of their glass lights in my bath remodel.  L.O.V.E.

Uber chic had a great stash of European vintage.

Loved it.  This was my first time at this flea market and I will be back for sure, so many of my favorite vendors were there.  I am super excited about my big purchase, look for it tomorrow...

It was full of great finds and fun and interesting goodies.

Do you flea?  Do you love it like I do?

Shopping on La Cienega: Maison au Natural No. 819

Love the hanging baskets!

This reminds me of the shop he had at South Coast Plaza so long ago.

 Love the pup!

My love for the vintage framed flags never ends!

Design details are so important to a shop and to your home.
Little collections make everything seem so much more interesting.

Astier de Villatte and vintage subway signs- yes please!

I am totally loving those lights!

I recently had a chance to do a little shopping in LA.
I visited La Cienega for an event and had a little time to spare so I was able to stop by some of the fantastic shops.  Everyone was very sweet and welcoming and the displays and pieces were absolutely wonderful.  Each shop is unique and full of great inspiration.
As you know I am a big fan of Dan Marty and when I walked into his newest shop for the first time it was just as I had imagined, creative and full of the most wonderful things!

Visit the shop:
