We all need a beautiful bath right?? 

Ochre is one of my favorite sources for lighting... so when I saw the home of the couple that brought the line to the US you can imagine how excited I was.    I am literally dying over this Manhattan loft owned by Andrew Corrie and Harriet Maxwell McDonald.  The entire space makes my weak in the knees...  Simple sophistication...

I am sure you remember my post about the bathroom mirror... well Sarah at Haute Design was nice enough to direct me to her post on the whole beautiful place... Love this..

I keep seeing beautiful oval mirrors at the flea market and saying to myself- what can I do with that? Hello- perfect use of the giant oval mirror.. Now I will never see one again I am sure! Isn't that how it always works...

Remember this little bath photo... well look at what has been finding me for the past few days... love these!

Sometimes it is just easier to fall in love..  this place is yummy!  The mirror next to the fireplace and the chandelier are such wonderful contrasts to the color and texture of the home... I love it...

Just so perfectly imperfect feeling.  The door with the mirror in the back is the best..  I think I may have to do this in my dining room....What do you think?

Yummy!  I just want to curl up in there and sleep/daydream/read/stare at the walls- whatever!

I have seen them all over and I love it the round mirror..... It is a fantastic accent in any space. They work well in groupings, over the bed, over the mantle piece. Mirrors also provide an extension of any space by reflecting the objects, the colors in a space and help bring the outdoors in. Using mirrors throughout your space to create a sense of depth is a great design tool.
