This space made me feel instantly at ease when I first saw it! 

Loving the yellow (again)!

Why do I love this so much..  I guess it is the idea of having enough room to have the bath tub in the center of the room and then add the flowers.  Just perfect!

This is so natural and just gorgeous.  Could you imagine using this space to wake yourself up every morning? 

We all need a beautiful bath right?? 

I keep seeing beautiful oval mirrors at the flea market and saying to myself- what can I do with that? Hello- perfect use of the giant oval mirror.. Now I will never see one again I am sure! Isn't that how it always works...

If only I had a room like this that was made with a fireplace and a wonderful tub... How elegant..

Feeling a little under the weather today... wishing I could just soak in the tub and relax...

I am not typically one for heavy carving on beds and such, but this is just beautiful...

This is such a fun bath.  It has an interesting combination of textures and styles..

Loving the tub...  Do you think it works?

Just so perfectly imperfect feeling.  The door with the mirror in the back is the best..  I think I may have to do this in my dining room....What do you think?

I love the contrast of the clean lines of the fixtures and cabinet piece with the texture on the walls and the floor. 

I love the look of this but what do you call it? The Bedroom or the bath? What if you get the bed wet?  Is this practical?  What do you think?

After a very busy week of design, kids and hauling furniture around- I am wishing you a wonderful weekend spent relaxing and enjoying life... it is spring after all right?

I however will not be relaxing - I will be working.. 

but just knowing you are out there enjoying yourselves it will be so much better!

My love for French things is overwhelming at times.. I love the feeling of clean pieces mixed with a serious sense of history. Stone walls make me weak in the knees! Cote Bastide captures this feeling for me every time- perfectly.
