I fell in love with the ranch owned by Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi in the April issue of Elle Decor. Each space is filled with a great mix of pieces that are vintage and antique. The color palette is very natural and I love every bit of it. The outdoor spaces are beautiful with ancient oak trees and green pastures. Fall weekend in the Central Coast

We had a wonderful fall weekend on our visit to the Central Coast. It makes me so happy to spend a little bit of time in the country. There is always a lot to see and many places to stop. We like to visit as many places as possible, this time we squeezed in at least 3 days worth of activity into one and a half. These sweet big guys were just outside the entrance to Remnants of the Past. I love horses, such beautiful animals!

We managed to get to the Avila Barn to pick up some pumpkin bread and other goodies, the See Canyon apple farm for pumpkins and the yummiest apples, as well as the show and food in San Luis Obispo.
Tomorrow I will show you all the fun we had at the show....

A little inspiration for a Friday. This is an inspiration board from my presentation this week. I fell for the easy semi masculine feel of this one. Horse art....

As I am sure you know I have a weakness for artwork with horses. I saw these new pieces from Lisa at Kiki and Polly on line I was thinking how cute they would be in a job... love them. But I was thinking also that there must be more horse art lovers out there like me. So here are a few of my favorites. I like to share!
