have you ever suffered from pregnancy meltdowns (where you turn completely crazy for no apparent reason)? i had one last night....it was caused by the library calling to tell me to return "elmo's potty time" for the second time. i sat on the couch and shed some tears and said i need some "me time". it lasted about ten minutes...then i felt silly and ate ice cream.
sorry i have been mia...i went home for a house warming party for my brother. it was a blast and hopefully i can share pictures of his place soon. he lives in a cabin that my dad built and they just completed an addition (a bathroom and a laundry room...a must in any home). in addition to the party, i was able to get together with my BFF's for a night on the town (it's a rarity to all be together and no one be pregnant, so we took advantage). and i made a super quick trip to atlanta to help a friend w/ her house...she moved into her husband's "bachelor pad" (think GA bulldogs everywhere) when they got married and a year and half later, there is still very little of her stuff moved in....she loves turquoise and we used that as an inspiration when we shopped. so that is what i have been doing...now off to catch up, i have tons of stuff to do. happy tues!!
sometimes a picture stops me dead in my tracks....hence the beautiful stairwell with that amazing soft blue wall....it was the inspiration for this post and one of my favorite color palettes. i think all of these pics combined would make one heck of a house....i'd move right in.
to stare at the ceiling...of the dentist office. if only it was as beautiful as this one. i can't think of anything i would rather not do then have my teeth cleaned...{insert loud moan here}...
