French in black and white...

I am completely dreaming of visiting this amazing French Chateau - Château les Merles.  It looks so charming, I will have to see if I can work it into our trip to Europe next year.  I am already daydreaming of all the wonderful things that next year will hold for everyone.  I hope that it is a year of great things!

Can you imagine...  Have you started planning for next year (I know that I get a little ahead of myself sometimes)??

 Have a wonderful weekend!

let the sunshine in

It has been really beautiful here the last few days in California.
Sometimes, when I am having a difficult week like this one, I wonder am I doing the right things
with my life? Should I have just stuck with the whole stay at home mom thing?  Then I could just enjoy the sunshine with the kids!

Or just sometimes I wonder would it be easier to just work for someone else and let it all go at the end of the day?

Flamant Hotel design

This is one of my favorite places in the Flamant Home book.  (you can get one for yourself on the side there via amazon).  The hotel looks fabulous and so relaxing... makes you want to get away from it all, yes??

Just think of all the sand on that beautiful white floor...

Hotel that feels like home...

I love a good hotel.. but I really love a hotel that makes me feel comfortable enough to lounge in the lobby and hang out in my room.  This hotel looks amazing!  What do you think would you stay..??

The Oyster Box Hotel, South Africa

This is the most gorgeous hotel!  Now I have to go to South Africa and stay here.  The colors are so soft and perfectly relaxing and the pool - oh my!
